Medium Capacity Sunflower Oil Line

Design description:

This medium oil project takes sunflower seeds, rape seeds, peanut, etc as raw material and deals with 10-50ton/24hours seeds oil pressing plant.

The set of sunflower oil production line is not only suitable for sunflower seeds,but also for all kinds of oil seeds such as peanut,rapeseed,sesame seed,cottonseed,soybean, and so on.

Process flow for sunflower seeds pre treatment and oil pressing line:

Sunflower seeds---cleaning ,stones removal---husking---crushing---flaking---cooking---pressing---filtration---crude pressing oil.
